HELP

I know there are lovely people who are one million times clever than me. So I am begging to please help me. I want to add a banner image to my layout. I have been trying all morning with CSS but it just doesn't work. Only a small part of the image seems to appear. My brains are totally screwed and I am tired. So can some help me? *puts up the best puppy dog face*

I'm not sure if the code works with minimalism (the type of layout you're using) but it works with Smooth Sailing and Flexible Squars (the type I am using). The style is written under each layout in Journal Style> Select a New Theme.

You paste the code in the Custom CSS box. Go there by Journal Style> Customize Selected Style> Custom CSS. You have to turn the one option of 'YES' to 'NO' on that page and copy-paste the code in the box. Where 'px',it's pixels and you type the image's pixels there. The image must be on internet somewhere already and the link goes in the parenthesis where 'link' is located.

I'm not sure if it will work without a custom layout but as it seems, deadlyscarlet already used it without one and it worked. But still, she and I have Flexible Squares. If the code does not work with Minimalism, you'll have to choose a layout of Flexible Squares for it to work because I don't know the codes in Minimalism at all.
